  • The client must provide all required details within the specified timeline for the refund to be eligible.

2. Non-refundable Scenarios:

  • Refunds will not be possible if the client has partially used the services, downloaded data, reports, apps, etc.

  • Our services are not transferable or shareable.

  • Refunds will not be possible if payment has not been made.

3. Refund Conditions:

  • A 100% refund is possible if payment has been made, and we have not initiated or delivered any services within the agreed-upon timeline or communicated timeline extensions.

  • The timeline for refund eligibility will be counted from the setup completed by the client and the submission of all required information to start the services.

4. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, the client must contact our customer support team at [support email] within the specified timeframe with the necessary details and evidence.

  • Our support team will review the request and may require additional information or verification before processing the refund.

  • If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund through Razorpay upon submission of the required banking details.

  • Please note that the refund process may take 3 to 7 days to verify the non-delivery of services and complete the refund process.

5. Policy Changes:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
